Draw Border Update Dialog
This dialog is used to erase or update an existing border.
Erase Segment - Use this mode to erase
part of a border. Simply draw what appears to be a new border
over the existing border and the part of the existing border that is
under the new segment is erased.
Extend From Either End -
Use this mode if you want to extend a border. After pressing the
Apply button, move the mouse so that it is near the end of the desired
border. Hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse to
start drawing the new border segment. When the segment is
complete, release the mouse button, hold down the shift key, and click
the mouse to finish extension of the border.
Replace Segment - Use
mode if you want to replace part of the border. First, press the
Apply button. Next, determine the segment of the existing border
that you would like to replace. Move the mouse so that it is over
the starting location of the border segment that you would like to
replace. Hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse to
draw the new border segment and continue until the new segment touches
the end of the existing segment that you are replacing. Release
the mouse button, hold down the shift key, and click the mouse to
complete the update of the border segment.
2D (Flat) - Use 2D when
updating borders on flat surfaces.
3D - Use 3D when updating
borders on any surface but a flat surface.
If the Yes option is checked,
the update border is projected immediately after it is updated.
