[caret-users] Caret and SPM5

Hi,

I’m a new user of caret. 

 

I’m trying to visualise retinotopic map analysed by SPM5 with Caret. No
problems to segment and inflate the structural image. But I can’t overlay
activation map even on the structural volume in caret whereas they seems to
be aligned in SPM5.

 

I think have missed something simple but I don’t know how to do.
