[caret-users] Stupid question about mapping_fMRI

Hi Roland,
If you have lots of volumes to map, so that loading each one in the GUI
is a pain, then I'd consider scripting the mapping with a combination of
caret_map_fmri and the equivalent of AFNI's 3daxialize. (I'm sure there
are many similar utilities for x-flipping volumes.) In a pinch, you can
even x-flip the atlas target coord files, for the purpose of mapping,
but then display the resulting metric on properly oriented coord files.
