Alon,

As far as I know, there is no documentation on using Caret with
CoCoMac. I found a CoCoMac dataset that was used for testing when
Caret was updated to read CoCoMac files. The dataset is named
"cocomac.zip" and is located in "http://brainmap.wustl.edu/pub/
john/". You will need to use the username "pub" and the password
"download" to access the website.

To view the cocomac data:

* Turn on the borders to see the boundaries of the functional areas
* Set the primary overlay to CoCoMac
* Go to the CoCoMac page on the Display Control and set its Paint
Column to Functional
* Click a location on the surface. The functional area that is
clicked is shown in red and connected areas are shown in green.
* "View Connection" selections on the Display Control's CoCoMac page
control the selection of afferent and/or efferent connections.
