[caret-users] Node to Voxel Mapping

Hello All, 

 

We've been trying to create volume ROIs from our surfaces.  We use "copy
surface paint column to paint volume" to create "node to voxel mapping."
The problem is that across hemispheres and subjects different numbers
get assigned to the paint ROIs in the volume file.  Is there a way to
control the numbers assigned?
