[caret-users] mapping functional data from SPM5

Hi Amy,

Okay, I replicated the problem once, but now can't do it again. I think
I did something close to this:

(using Sep06 tutorial dataset)
cd CARET_TUTORIAL_SEPT06/MAPPING_PROCEDURES
caret5
cancel spec file open dialog
Attributes: Map vollume to surface
Metric (functional) or surface shape data
Add volume from disk
/146Gb/www/html/pub/donna/ARCHIVE/CARET_USERS/test.nii
Map to spec file with atlas
select PALS_B12.BOTH.TEMPLATE-Map_STEREOTAXIC-FOCI.73730.spec
space SPM2
Atlas PALS_B12 MFM LEFT
leave default (top two) selected, no others
Algorithm: Enclosing Voxel

But now I can't get it to fail again. I still have the failed metric,
which is empty after the header:

BeginHeader
Caret-Version 5.512
date Mon Feb 25 09:55:10 2008
encoding BINARY
EndHeader
tag-version 2
tag-number-of-nodes 0
tag-number-of-columns 0
tag-title
tag-BEGIN-DATA

John said he'd try to get a new binary built. What is the date on the
title bar of the main Caret window (after the Caret version)?
