[caret-users] simple user's guide for caret

Hy, 
I just downloaded caret this week..versions 5.51 I guess
I'm looking for a SIMPLE user's guide to make the first approaches to caret...
wich one is the one to start with?
I started reading "The basic's one" but since it is a list of command is not useful if I cannot understand what is a spec file ecc ecc...
