[caret-users] caret debug

HI,

I've installed caret version 5.51 on windows XP.
I've set the path Environment variable to start caret from the command window as suggested.
Any time I start caret the warning 
"set the envirnment variable CARET_DEBUG for debigging information" appear.

Does anyone has experienced the same problem?
How can I fix it?
