[caret-users] caret debug

Donna,
In the command prompt window (Start Menu --> All Programs -->
Accessories --> Command Prompt) you can enter the command "set
CARET_DEBUG=1".
Another way is through the Control Panel of Windows XP: Start Menu --
> Control Panel --> System --> click Advanced tab --> press
Environment Variable button --> press New button --> enter CARET_DEBUG
and 1 in the Name and Value text boxes.
