Hi Manish,
There is a quick start tutorial (~1 hour) here:
http://brainmap.wustl.edu/caret/pdf/Caret_5.504_Quick_Start.pdf
Pages 11 and 12 cover viewing functional data. When mapping, select
Space = SPM2.
If you have more time (~1 day), a more thorough walk-through is here:
Caret_Tutorial_Oct06.pdf
http://sumsdb.wustl.edu/sums/archivelist.do?archive_id=6602379
... and the dataset here:
CARET_TUTORIAL_SEPT06.zip
http://sumsdb.wustl.edu/sums/archivelist.do?archive_id=6595030
The mapping procedures are in one of the appendices.
If you can manage the time, the longer tutorial is a day well spent.
