Hi, all caret experts,

I have built several resting state networks by using MELODIC in FSL. I am
mapping these onto PALS surface. I can map them on to any one of LR
hemisphere, but I failed in mapping them on the two hemispheres
simultaneously. I noticed some notes about this issue in
'Caret_5.5_UserGuide_AnalysisProcedures.pdf'. It suggests I should build
multiple spec files. I tried copy current spec file to another spec file and
did following these notes. As a result, I cant do that successfully! Could
you give me some comments on this? Attached please find my RSN's data, if
possible, please help check it available using for the purpose as I
described above. It is definitely appreciated if you demonstrate the success
of mapping this data onto two hemispheres simultaneously! Thank you very
much.
