Hi Xinian,
I was able to get this to work with your data like so:
Map per part 5, sept tutorial (see previous message); you'll get two
metric files (one left, one right) in a single, shared spec.
In the resulting shared spec, delete all extraneous fiducials coord
files (i.e., all except the FLIRT versions -- get rid of SPM, AFNI,
711-2C). You can just use the "X" button in the open spec file dialog,
rather than delete from the file system.
Load this spec (replacing any currently loaded specs), selecting only
left closed topo, fiducial, and metric, i.e.:
CLOSEDtopo_file Human.sphere_6.LEFT_HEM.73730.topo
FIDUCIALcoord_file
Human.PALS_B12.RIGHT_AVG_B1-12.FIDUCIAL_FLIRT.clean.73730.coord
xinian_rsn.LEFT.metric
D/C Olay/Ulay Surface: primary overlay metric, AFM LEFT - AUD.nii
File: Open spec file: select same spec, but DEselect left hem files
already loaded; SELECT these right hem files:
CLOSEDtopo_file Human.sphere_6.RIGHT_HEM.73730.topo
FIDUCIALcoord_file
Human.PALS_B12.LEFT_AVG_B1-12.FIDUCIAL_FLIRT.clean.73730.coord
xinian_rsn.RIGHT.metric
KEEP LOADED SPEC
D/C Olay/Ulay Surface: primary overlay metric, AFM RIGHT - AUD.nii
Switch model to all fiducial surfaces
The resulting view should look like the attached capture.
