[caret-users] FW: Problems during/after flattening

The file handles_Human.115.L.Segment_ErrorCorrected.nii is causing the
error message. The volume's header appears to indicate that it is an
RGB (3 channel) volume but the amount of data in the volume is for a
single channel volume. I do not know what would cause this.
A bug that prevented the name of the volume file from being displayed
in the error message has been fixed.
