Hi Jochen,

It is possible David has information like this squirreled away
somewhere, but the better source for it is Nikos Logothetis, from whom
we obtained the spectacular F99UA1 anatomical scan.

These papers don't cite a particular case number, but may give some
hints (e.g., got a 4.7T scanner on ya?):

Logothetis, N.K., Guggenberger, H., Peled, S., and Pauls, J. (1999)
Functional imaging of the monkey brain, Nat. Neurosci. 6:555-562.

Brewer, A. A., Press, W. A., Logothetis, N. K., & Wandell, B. A. (2002).
Visual areas in macaque cortex measured using functional magnetic
resonance imaging. Journal of Neuroscience, 22, 10416–10426.

Oh, that all anatomical scans could be this sweet.
