[caret-users] caret_command -metric-clustering

Hi Donna,

I'm looking for methods to smooth metric files from the command line. I'm assuming I should use "caret_command -metric-clustering" since within Caret window, smoothing is under Attributes > Metric > Clustering and Smoothing.  I can't get help information on this command "caret_command -metric-clustering" (ERROR: Unrecognized operation: -metric-clustering). I can get help info on other commands no problem, like "caret_command -metric-or-shape-stat-one-sample-t-test". I think we have the latest version of Caret (v5.51). So, my questions are..

1. is "caret_command -metric-clustering" the right command? If not, please let me know which one I should use, and what inputs are needed.
2. Is info for "caret_command -metric-clustering" accessible from command line?
