Hi Terry,
There might be an easier way of doing this. While borderproj files ARE tied to a specific mesh (e.g., 35946 vs 73730), border files are not. You can try opening the source borderproj files on the fiducial surface, and then save them as border files. Then, open the spec file of your target mesh, making sure the 73730 fiducial is in the main window. Use File: Open Data File: Border File to open the border file you just saved. Then use Layers: Borders: Project borders if needed to view the borders on the 73730 inflated. (While you can see some of the borders on the fiducial, the inflated gives you a better view of most of them.) Use File: Save Borderproj to save the new mesh borderproj. Border projection has some error associated with it, but assuming you have the F99UA1 fiducial loaded in both specs, this should work.

Hi,
I'm trying to deform my old *.borderproj files drawn on the 35946/34132
macaque F99 atlas to the resampled 73730 atlas. I used the
Surface/Deformation/Apply Deformation Map menu, and chose the
Resampled_Macaque.F99UA1.LEFT_REGISTER-with-73730-RESAMPLED-F99UA1.34132.spec.deform_map
file for the Deformation Map File. When I enter "Apply" the program
runs for a little while, then stops with the error "Failure trying to
open: Resampled_Macaque.F99UA1.Cerebral.L.SPHERE.STD.34132.coord". I
searched for the file (and its R_HEM counterpart) on SumsDB, but
couldn't find it. Are these files available elsewhere, or am I using
the wrong procedure?
Sincerely,
Terry Sewards
