[caret-users] ROIs from freesurfer

Hi Donna,

thanks a lot (!) for your advice. as you see on the attached picture, i´ve
got a *.roi file which i can attach in the:

-surface-roi-statistical-report function

i assume that when i use this ROI in the -surface-roi-statistical-report
function, coinciding nodes in the whole hemisphere surface_shape file and
the ROI file will enter analysis. i´m mostly interested in the nodes in the
sulcus between the two gyri in my ROI. would it be possible to somehow
remove nodes in areas of less interest?
