[caret-users] Problem with caret 5.1

A couple of quick options (in case 5.6 won't read the img/hdr pairs):

(1) You can use imcalc to rename the file in SPM5
Select the input file, change the output name to something.nii, equation
should be left as i1.

(2) fslchfiletype or avwchfiletype will also work

(3) 3dcalc -a SPM5.hdr -expr "a" -prefix SPM5.nii will also work.
