[caret-users] Q) What could be the same as secondary underlay in overlay/underlay-surface page?

Metric is listed only if there is metric data loaded.

Did you load metric data as directed on page 24, "Press Toolbar: Spec  
then Spec File: Metric, open the
PALS_TUTORIAL.RIGHT.COMPOSITE.73730.metric file"?
