[caret-users] orientation flip seems to occur in Caret?

Dear Caret users,
I compare the surface render view of caret to that of SPM and suspect
orientation of SPM T map file may have been flipped when it was
projected onto
the template spec file
(Human.PALS_B12.BOTH.TEMPLATE-for-fMRI-MAPPING.73730.spec)
My SPM has neurlogical convention (L-L / R-R) and it shows more
activation voxels on the right side, whereas eye-balling of flat map in
caret suggests that there are more voxels on the left side. I'm
wondering why this happened and I need to change the convention somewhere.
Enclosed are two screen captured files showing the caret and SPM view
side by side.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
YSL
