[caret-users] scaling t values

Hi Caret users,

I want to present the t-statistical spm map on 3d spm average brain. I have had reasonable success in doing that however, how can I adjust (scale) the t-values that I use as threshold in SPM in caret which has a slightly different histogram scale. I hope my question is clear!
