Hi Sofia,
When I select Surface: Flatten Full or Partial Hemisphere; set
Flattening type to Full Hemisphere (Ellipsoid) and Morph Sphere; and
click on the "Choose Template Borders" on the Border Template Cuts menu,
I see Human Standard Left and Human Standard Right -- just as before.
Based on an earlier dataset you uploaded, I think you're working with
human, rather than monkey data. The lobar cuts are appropriate for
people like Joel Price, who are interested in the frontal lobe in
particular, and don't want a frontal cut in the middle of the region of
interest. If in doubt, select the standard cuts.
I am using Caret v5.610, 1/13/2008 (Linux).
