Hi,

I tried your suggestion for the draw border update function, but it is
still not allowing me to update borders I have drawn on volume views of
the brain (however, when I tested it on surface views I was able to get it
to work).  Is this function usable on volume views of the brain?

I'm sorry I wasn't very clear about what we are trying to trace.  We are
trying to trace volumes of subcortical areas, not surfaces.  I would like
to be able to trace specific subcortical regions in each brain slice so
that I can, in effect, trace the volume of the structure.  Is there a
method other than draw borders that should be used to do this?
