[caret-users] display foci on flat map

Hi Sofia,

With the fiducial loaded in the main window, try Layers: Foci: Project
fiducial foci.  If that fails, contact caret-users at brainvis.wustl.edu
(cc'd on this message); I'm on vacation until Monday of next week and have
very intermittent email contact.
