Dense Time Series Overlay and Time Series Time Course

1. In Dense Time Series Overlay in the Connectivity Selector, the number displayed for Overlay Time Point refers to the number of the BOLD readout—there were 527 BOLD readouts in this dataset, which was collected over 1054 seconds. So, for example, when you have the Overlay Time Point set for 235, you are looking at 470 seconds in the Time Course.

To make this more clear to the user (and in line with the Times displayed in the Time Series Time Course), it might be useful to have another item under Option in the Connectivity Selector (under Overlay Time Point) for Time Point in Time Course (seconds). The up and down toggle could go up and down in 2 sec intervals (in this case) and be linked to the number in the Overlay Time Point box. So when you toggle the Time Point in Time Course button up from 470 sec to 472 sec, the Overlay Time Point also goes up to 236, etc.

2. When you have the Time Series Time Course overlay on and you click on a node on a surface or volume, it would be helpful if the sphere that shows up on the surface was the same color as the time course line in the graph. This should help when comparing multiple locations and their time courses.

3. It would be great to have the ability to click on a peak (say at 500 sec) in the Time Course and for that to take you to the corresponding Overlay Time Point (250) in the Time Series Overlay and show as a sphere the node that the peak corresponds to on the surface/volume (in the color of that node’s line in the Time Course map).
