The command takes a parcellated Dense Connectivity file, in Cifti format, and constrains smoothing for each parcel.  Essentially it is ROI smoothing applied the metric values for each respective parcel.

Any additional description about how this command needs to behave should be put below: The command takes a parcellated Dense Connectivity file, in Cifti format, and constrains smoothing for each parcel. Essentially it is ROI smoothing applied the metric values for each respective parcel.

Currently only Geodesic Gaussian is supported for PC smoothing.

NOTE: The amount of smoothing is controlled solely by sigma
(default 2.0), and iterations. The intent is to do one
iteration of smoothing, with the sigma specifying how
much smoother the metric is desired to be.

        Run "caret_command -help-global-options"
for parameters available to all commands.
